With a passion for the hospitality industry that spans decades, Billy has carved out a remarkable journey filled with expertise and creative vision. His professional journey began behind the bar at TGI Fridays, where he honed his skills in bartending and the art of crafting cocktails. It didn't take long for Billy to excel in bar flairing, earning accolades and victories in various competitions.

Venturing into the bustling tourist hub of Orlando, Florida, Billy immersed himself in the ever-evolving world of hospitality. seizing an opportunity to establish the renowned House of Blues and later transitioning into a corporate trainer role for both establishments. This experience paved the way for him to lend his expertise in opening and training teams nationwide, including vibrant locations like Las Vegas.

During his time in Las Vegas, Billy expanded his repertoire by taking on the role of a VIP Host, delving into sales, event creation, and collaborating with prominent liquor and spirits companies. Returning to his roots in Philadelphia, he delved into the burgeoning craft beer scene, further refining his craft as a mixologist.

Earning a reputation for his innovative approach, Billy was entrusted with the task of creating a signature cocktail to commemorate the city of Philadelphia’s official flag. 

As a seasoned mixologist, he leveraged his wealth of experience and creative flair to develop award-winning cocktails and establish successful bar programs across the city, emphasizing efficiency and excellence in training.

With a diverse background encompassing roles as a bar trainer, bar manager, general manager, and the founder of his own cocktail bar, Billy brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his consultancy work.
